Berry Technical is a thriving engineering and IT recruitment consultancy headed by Alex Morris, Global Sales Director. Alex was headhunted in 1992 and went on to set up Cerebra in 1997 which he developed into an internationally recognized recruitment brand specializing in the design and technical engineering professional disciplines.
Cerebra’s performance has won many admirers and, in 2011, it was agreed that Cerebra would merge with Berry Recruitment and trade under the Berry Technical name. Berry Recruitment is an established and fast growing, multi sector recruitment organisation which is on track to achieve over £30 million worth of turnover during 2011. The development of Berry Technical is a key part of our strategy to develop selected niche markets and, under the stewardship of Alex Morris and his team, we are sure that Berry Technical will continue to go from strength to strength.
